The scope
of a fine print covers all
the traditional original
graphic art prints and extends
it a little further, to
accommodate some new processes
and techniques.
Many contemporary
print makers have started
combining some photographic
and digital processes and
new printing techniques
that today's Sophisticated
technology offers, particularly
in Lithograph, Serigraph,
and Giclee.
Such fine
prints may not qualify as
ORIGINAL GRAPHIC PRINT in
traditional and puritanical
view of definition, but
certainly stands out and
distinguishes itself from
the PHOTO-MECHANICAL REPRODUCTIONS
