Yes! We offer you the option to buy artwork with framing. At 'add to cart' you will notice an option to choose either unframed or framed artwork. If you choose to buy framed artwork, you can choose the frame or leave the choice to us(wherein we would choose the frame that we feel best suits the artwork.
Can I choose the matte (mount board) colour?
At present, we do not offer the option to choose the matte colour. We use either ivory, off white, grey or black mount board, depending on the artwork. All our mount boards are acid-free and archival quality to protect the work from any long-term damage.
Does Art Intaglio offer sculptures?
Our focus is on prints & multiples. Therefore we do not offer sculptures for sale. However we can recommend to you suitable artists or galleries who would offer sculptures that suit your needs.
What is the process for purchasing from the website?
As you browse, click 'Add to Cart' for every item you wish to purchase. If you'd like to check your shopping cart, click on View cart. If you're satisfied with everything added to your cart and would like to start the payment procedure, click 'Check Out'. Fill in your personal details, complete the payment procedure and await the delivery of your artwork!
What modes of payment do you accept?
We prefer credit cart payment through Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We may also accept personal checks (subject to clearing) or money orders/cashier's checks. Please inform us by phone if you intend to pay by these means, as we will then put the artwork on hold for you. We do not accept cash.
Can art purchased with Art Intaglio be shipped outside Mumbai?
Artwork purchased at Art Intaglio can be delivered anywhere in the world. Our prices are always inclusive of shipping and taxes.
I see different prices according to delivery address but one 'Add to Cart' button.
After you ?Add to Cart?, you will be guided through subsequent buying procedure. After you enter your shipping address details, you will be automatically charged a price applicable to your delivery address.
How do I know how much packing, shipping and VAT will cost me?
We believe that there should be no subjective or hidden cost. Therefore the price you see at which you add to cart is one single, all-inclusive price of:

How will my artwork be shipped to me?
We use Blue Dart or TNT for domestic orders, and FedEx or UPS for international orders.
How much of Art Intaglio?s inventory is found on the website?
Every work of art from our collection is included on this site. If you do not find artwork that meets your criteria, we suggest visiting the site again after a few days as our collection is updated frequently.
After I buy the artwork, how much time it would take for me to receive it?
For all customers within India, a maximum of 2 weeks. For all customers outside India, a maximum of 4 weeks.
Do I have to pay anything on the arrival of my artworks?
India customers may have to pay Octroi (if applicable) in the city of arrival. Customers outside India may have to pay customs import duty (if applicable) in the country of arrival.
