Payment
All payments are always to be made through credit card.
In an exceptional situation where it is not possible for you to pay through the credit card, we suggest that you send us an e-mail and we shall first put the desired art work on hold and advise you, an alternative procedure.
Framing
We offer an option to buy artworks with framing.
You may choose the frame colour to suit your décor or leave the choice to us, by choosing “Our Choice”, where we shall decide the colour of the frame, which in our opinion suits the best for the artwork selected by you.
At present, we do not offer an option to choose the colour of the mount board (matte). We use either ivory/off white or grey/black mount, according to suitability of the artwork.
Instead of glass, we use acrylic sheet for safety and protection of the artwork.
Most paper artworks are framed with mount board and acrylic sheet. Some artworks are sandwiched between two acrylic sheets without mount board. This option is exercised where we feel that it would look beautiful this way.
In case, the artwork happens to be on canvas, they are stretched on a wooden stretcher and framed in a natural wood floating frame. Canvas artworks are not framed with mount board and acrylic sheet.
Packaging
All unframed artworks are either dispatched flat or rolled.
Insurance
Insurance companies in India are not willing to insure artworks under open general policies. We expect that it will be possible to insure the artworks in near future. However, at this point of time we are not insuring the artworks. You may insure at your end if you wish and if it is possible for you to do so.
Delivery Time
For all customers within India it will be within 2 weeks.
For all customers outside India it will be within 4 weeks.

| Art Intaglio provides an assurance that each piece of art which we offer for sale on the site, is a genuine work of the artist listed. All our works of art are either sourced from authentic sources or artists themselves.
However, in the unlikely event that any item purchased from Art Intaglio is subsequently proven to be inauthentic, Art Intaglio will refund the full purchase price paid by you. These cases will be handled on a case-to-case basis. It will be required to be proved by an opinion of an established authority.
This Authenticity Guarantee holds good for one year from the date of purchase of the artwork from Art Intaglio.
Following conditions will apply:
The actual buyer makes the claim (The benefit of the claim is not assignable to any other person).
The art work is returned to us freight paid. If the authenticity claim is accepted by us, then the return freight will be reimbursed along with the refund of the purchase price.
The item is returned in the same condition that it was purchased in.
The item was indisputably purchased from Art Intaglio.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Artintaglio as a result of this agreement or use of the Sites.
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Artintaglio with respect to the Sites and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Artintaglio with respect to the Sites.
A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. |
