  • Principal, Kala Bhavan, Santiniketan.
  • 1970 - Professor, Kala Bhavan, Santiniketan.
  • 1958 - Taught Art Theory, Kala Bhavan, Santiniketan.
  • 1954-56 - Appointed Educational Adviser, Art School of Patna, Govt. of Bihar.
  • 1937-38 - Went to Japan and learnt from the Japanese masters like Sesshu and Sotatsu.
  • 1914 - Studied at Brahmacharya Ashram, Santiniketan. 1919-24 Studied in Kala Bhavan, Santiniketan.

 

 TEACHING EXPERIENCE

  • 1958-70 - Professor, Art Theory Faculty, Kala Bhavan, Santiniketan.
  • 1954 - Appointed as Educational Advisor to Art School, Patna.
  • 1952 - Started Art Training and taught at Children’s School, Musoorie, Uttaranchal.
  • 1951-52 - Taught at Banasthali Vidyapith, a women’s educational center, Rajasthan.
  • Taught art at Sisu Vibhaga, Santiniketan. 1925-49 Art Teacher at Kala Bhavan, Santiniketan.
